I had a nice stay with my family, enjoying the beautiful ocean view and the fantastic first morning breakfast, although the second day was a bit disappointing. The family room size was great, and I loved the cute spa area for kids!

The hotel is in the very central location right in the heart of surfers paradise. It's so close to all the shops at cavil ave, transport and food and the beach and night life and the coffee shop at ground level.

Views are pretty average.

I like it as it is so convenient eventhough it is very old design hotel. At least it look clean and spacious. I never used the pool but I can see it is not properly maintained though so anyone would like to enjoy the hotel facilities will feel disappointed. Anyway, if you want location then this is the hotel.

There is very expensive Wi-Fi internet. There is not Wi-Fi in rooms. I bought one-week prepaid Wi-Fi card, but after 2 days it out-of-operation. I made complaint and staff gave me another password, but it operates only next 2 days...

We really enjoyed our stay with a superb view overlooking Cavill Avenue and the beach, making our morning walks and shopping so convenient being just a few steps away from the Paradise Centre and only 500 meters from the SkyPoint Observation Deck, perfect for those who love exploring the city by foot.

Novotel is in a prime location. The staff were polite, and i really appreciated the room service. I stayed in a beautiful king room with an ocean view, perfect. The fitness center was well-equipped, and i enjoyed using the facilities.

Some of the rooms were renovated, ours was not.The room was very outdated we booked here not only for the location but also the room photos on the website looked modern.They should let you know that you may be booking an unrenovated room.

The service was very good with parking under ground. The restaurant here was wonderful for dinner, we both ordered appetising dishes. The location was the best: it took about 20 minutes to reach the downtown.

No internet in this day and age every hotel should have wifi sliding door to balcony had its weather seal worn out with the strong wind on that day it howled all night just a small maintenance issue but worth a mention
